Packaging Company and Industrial Thread and Twine Company began operation
in Sydney, Australia in 1971 to cater to the needs of Australian manufacturers.
The supply of packaging machines and suitable consumable products are
the mainstay of our business, supplying most States within Australia
with quality local and imported products.
I.T.T. Packaging Company is a major participant in the Australian packaging
industry, particularly in the field of Shrink Packaging, with agencies
for some of the World's leading packaging equipment and consumables
manufacturers. Our relationships with our customers has put us in the
envious position of being Australia's largest Cryovac shrink film Distributor.
Our sales, administration, service, warehousing and management operate
from our Head Office in Seven Hills NSW, with our Canberra facility
servicing the ACT, and our Oakleigh South Office serving VIC. Other
regions are serviced through our agents and distributors located in
most States throughout Australia.

and consumables to meet the demands of our customers.
SALES
With
a multitude of machines and packaging consumables on offer, our sales
policy is simple; "Supply the product the customer requires".
Our sales team is here to service your needs through product knowledge
and a hands-on approach to solving manufacturing problems. We hold regular
training and refresher courses for our sales people to keep them up
to date. Visits to overseas suppliers are becoming more frequent in
an attempt to keep up with the latest innovations and technology.
SERVICE
As
part of our commitment to our customers, our service team is prepared
for the worst, and sometimes we've wondered what some machines have
had to endure to end up in the conditions that we have seen them. We
ask simply that our service technicians remain prompt, polite and professional
when going about their tasks. An extensive range of spare parts is at
hand to ensure minimal downtime for our customers in the event of a
breakdown.
